Sitting conveniently between Jaffna City and Palalay Airport, Expo Pavillion Margosa is a beautifully restored 16th century house that is built in a Dravidian architectural style. Its design is more typical of northern Sri Lanka due to the southern Indian influence, which makes an interesting change from other historic boutique hotels across the island. The house sits in one acre of landscaped gardens, with lots of shady areas to sit and relax in. The main restaurant serves food in a spacious courtyard.
There are six spacious rooms with four Standard Rooms and one Deluxe Room. The Standard Rooms have open-air rain showers. They are simple but tastefully designed, with a colourful boutique feel.
